Rev. Noel Anderson
PastorRev. Noel Anderson is a pastor, preacher, and writer with more than forty years of ministry experience, serving congregations across the country. Raised in a Christian family, his life and calling have been shaped by a deep love for language, theology, and the local church. He holds a B.A. in English Literature from Gonzaga University and a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, with a lifelong passion for preaching and thoughtful communication of the faith. Noel has served churches in Texas, Oklahoma, and California in a wide range of roles, including church planting, interim ministry, and senior leadership. Since 2011, he has served as Senior Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Upland, where he is known for biblical preaching, pastoral care, and a deep commitment to congregational life. He is the author of Those That Leap and has written hundreds of essays and articles. Outside of ministry, Noel enjoys building electric guitars, and he and his wife, Tara, delight in life with two overly spoiled dogs—and their two cats, who graciously allow themselves to be served. |
Mary Kinney
Co-Director of Children & Youth Ministries Mary loves dinner and game nights with her family and time with her Bestie. She teaches elementary and middle school art. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10 . |
Sandy Mills
Co-Director of Children & Youth Ministries Sandy has volunteered in the children and youth programs at First Presbyterian Church in Hanford since 2002. She has a love for the Lord and a desire to share His heart for others and build them up in His love. Sandy is excited to be a part of serving the children, youth, and families within our church and community. In her spare time, she loves being with her family, spending time with her Bestie, reading, photography, and singing. “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine.” Isaiah 43:1 “For from him and through him and for him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen" Romans 11:36 |

Melissa Wescoat
Bookkeeper Melissa was born and raised in Hanford. She has worked in ministry/non-profits for over 20 years and is passionate about serving God, her family, and her community. She and her husband, Steve, have three sons and five grandchildren whom she loves spending time with. “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:30-31 . |
Annette Rajskup
Office Administrator Annette Rajskup is a wife, and mother of two terrific children. She enjoys activities with her family and manages her own photography business. “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9 |
